Defendants

1. The Law of the Land is the republic; the Law of the Sea is the democracy. The democracy is the public domain; the private domain is the republic.

2. Man has created a parallel world to God's world where the piece of paper is the thing; not little Johnny or Jane. Thepiece of paper has become the property; not the real substance of the thing.

3. The piece of paper is the title to the thing. The one who holds the title to the thing, controls the thing.

4. There are two types of ownership. Possession = use; and legal-title = control.

5. All government agencies have two arenas of control. The public, and the re-public (meaning, the private). The public is the "public" and the private is the "re-public."

6. All questions in court are questions of title.

7. Is the thing (the res) public or is the thing private? Is the property "public property" or is it "private"?

8. Private property is free of public control. Public property is registered in the public domain. Private property is not.

9. Do not fight the government. God is in control. God is in control of His government according to His plan.

10. The government is not your enemy. The gevernment can be your friend.

11. Those not following God's law make themselves enemies of the government and of God. You cannot fight the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

12. A Motion Picture told the story, in parable form.

13. "MONSTERS, INC." told the story of a child who was afraid of supposed monsters in his closet and under his bed from the monster's point of view. Every night the child would insist that his parents check his closet and under his bed for the presence of monsters before he would feel safe in his bedroom and fall asleep.

14. The monster was more afraid of the little kid than the little kid was afraid of him because if the kid ever found the monster, the monster would die.

15. Government is the monster that we need not fear when we have redeemed our strawman and become secure. So do not poke the monster. Do not provoke him in his court. Give honor where honor is due. There's no need to go into
his court, except to mirror your tacit agreement with your strawman [on the public record].

16. "At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established." -- Deut. 19:15; 2 Cor. 13:1.

20. Never argue; be like Christ. MAXIM: Arguments are for fools.

21. "Blessed are the peacemakers : for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are the meek : for they shall inherit the earth." -- Matthew 5:9,5.

22. "If thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things." -- Matthew 25:21.

23. If you want to be seen as a child of God, act like a child of God.

24. Scripture is the law book of the common law. The UCC Code is a statutory codification of common law.

25. Scripture is the original Manual of the common law. It shows us how to obtain allodial title to the land, free of outside influence and control.

26. We must go low to be made high.

27. "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. Render...tribute to whom tribute is due; ...honor to whom honor." -- James 4:10; Romans 13:7.
