Case No. 07e0072

DAVID E. ROBINSON, et al, pro se______________________
Plaintiff
v.
CHRISTIAN SCIENCE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, et al______
Defendants

Exhibit EEEE
Two Deeds Of Trust

A. THE FIRST DEED -- of 1892

1. . . . formed the four-man Board of Trustees of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts.

2. . . . authorized the original edifice and outlined its use.

3. . . . named the congregation to worship in the edifice (the little Mother Church) The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts.

4. . . . is irrevocable and perpetual.

5. . . . provided for the dissolution of this trust and all of its conditions.

B. THE SECOND DEED -- of 1903

1. . . . included all the trusts in the first deed.

2. . . . included none of the conditions in the first deed.

3. . . . included an additional trust covering the Tenets and By-Laws.

4. . . . reaffirmed the composition of the four-man Board of Trustees established in the first deed, after the five-man Board of Directors was established per the 28th Manual of 1902.

C. THE CHANGE-- The change from four Directors to five Directors in the 28th Manual of 1902 and the reaffirmation a year later in the second deed of trust shows that Mrs. Eddy made the five Directors an ecclesiastical body under the Manual and retained the four as a fiduciary body under the 1982 and 1903 Deeds of Trust.
