ISSUES PRESENTED FOR REVIEW

1. Who has standing to speak for Rev. Mary Baker G. Eddy in this Court — NEXT FRIEND APPELLANT — or APPELLEE who has breached her trust?

2. APPELLANTS’ Complaint is a Bill of Impeachment.

3. APPELLEE has perjured itself in its presentations to the Court.

4. APPELLEE has failed to prove to APPELLANTS that it is authorized to exist after the Annual Meeting of June, 1911.

5. It is customary in the practice of Christian Science for Students of Teachers of Christian Science to form Fraternal Associations of said Students; that they collectively own.

6. APPELLEE is legally bound to obey the estoppel clauses in the by-laws of the Fraternal Association styled “The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts.”

7. APPELLEE has ignored the checks and balances established by the Grantor of the Deeds of Trust on which her Students’ Association is based.

8. The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts is a voluntary religious Association of Students of Rev. Mary Baker G. Eddy and not a public charity.

9. APPELLEE has changed the entire purpose of Mrs. Eddy’s metaphysical educational association.
