A Hearing was held in Boston on September 24, 2007, to discuss the pros and cons of the defendants' (the Directors and other officers of the Christian Science Mother Church) Motion to Dismiss.

The Honorable Elaine M. Moriarty presided and heard the argument of contract attorney for the defense, Mr. Theodore Dinsmoor, Esquire, in support of the Directors' motion to dismiss, and Mr. David Robinsons's argument in support of his opposition to the Directors' motion to dismiss.

The arguments were recorded, and The Honorable Judge Moriarty said that she would take the matter under advisement and let us know of her ruling at a later date.
