No new information has surfaced since the hearing. The only question on the table
at this time is simply the opening question of standing. The directors claim that
I do not have standing, and I claim that I do. The judge has been given enough information
on which to decide this question. If the judge decides that I have standing, the
complaint will be recognized, addressed, and resolved.
The issue of standing
(the right to sue) is always the first step in any suit.
