CONCLUSIONS

No officer of The Mother Church can exist without Mrs. Eddy.s approval and consent.

The centralized organization of "The Mother Church" was to dissolve, leaving remaining "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts," as the unique detached Branch of the Society of Christ, Scientist -- there being no estoppel restrictions to the forming of Branch Christian Science Societies.

The distinction between practitioners, teachers, students, committees on publication, lecturers, and readers having been dissolved; for we are all One in Christ. All adherents to the teachings of Mary Baker Eddy are of one Class.

The self perpetuating four Grantees of the Deeds of Trust of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, have been authorized to "make any and all necessary rules and regulations...for the purpose...of maintaining public worship in accordance with the doctrines of Christian Science in said church" whereas the five temporary Directors of The Mother Church could not, without Mrs. Eddy's consent.
